Alhousseine Diarra

Alhousseine received his Masters degree in ecological engineering and his doctorate in remote sensing at the Cadi Ayyad University of Marrakech. He is a consultant in ecological monitoring and is interested in the developments of all sciences dealing with biodiversity, the environment and agrobiodiversity.

Alhousseine’s ambitions for attending the Mediterranean Environments Regional Academy is to learn new approaches on biodiversity management, to develop a network of contacts involved in agroforestry, community-based research and project management. Furthermore, he says it will be a good opportunity for him to describe his own experiences about the difficulties (materials and human) to carry out projects successfully in “African conditions”.
